Kervansaray Thermal Hotel Convention Center & Spa - Bursa

This place is conveniently located near a charming restaurant where you can enjoy some delicious takeout options without having to travel far.

Had recently renovated and contemporary room, it included a mini fridge bar, a kettle, and climate control.

Fantastic hotel with good service and magnificent location right by the shops / banks, a long drive and a ferry to reach Bursa and downtown. Lovely old fashioned building and rooms with delightful decoration. Nice experience there.

The breakfast options like cereals and eggs were good; there was a lot of food. the family room I booked had a comfortable bed and a balcony. - the hotel has an exceptionally nice and top location in the center of Bursa, making it easy to access key attractions.

The hamam stuff seems not friendly to Chinese.

it was nice hotel quoiet very nice for family and one of the best hotles in bursa but it needs more work in the services of the looby you well stay at hte loby for an houre and no budy will bother to ask you if you need a dirnk .... but for family it is very nice i think

the services needes to be better at the loby and the location if you need to go to the market you need to walk up the sters and it is tuff for old people i think becouse it was for me and i am 36 years old

Stylish rooms with a balcony and helpful staff in a quiet area close to restaurants and bars.

The Turkish Bath (Hamam) is a unique one where you can relax and enjoy it. Food (breakfast) is rich with many items especially the pure honey. Rooms are copmfortable with more space to move.

Front disk staff are hardlly speak English and you have to wait a lot of time to respond to you.

-the breakfast was expansive -the staff was helpful -room very comfortable and large

- the bed could have been a bit more cushioned

The spa center is excellent and the Turkish Hammam is one of the best in Turkey

Location is great The Turkish bath is amazing Message service is excellent

Family swimming pool is lousy Room air-condition is inefficient Staff are not hospitable Internet service (although included in the room rate) was not available

This place is clean with great service, the staff is helpful and professional, the room is well-equipped with a nice bed, and cozy seating.

We went for the old traditional hammam bathing and it was very good as usual.

Breakfast was sufficient but we would expect it to be better.

i was so disappointed from this hotel, first it was under construction and no one inform us at the booking, i arrived to the hotel at 1:00 in the morning, very tired traveling with old people, when i saw the rooms i was shocked,the rooms was very dirty,smelly with very old furniture .the staff very poor,no one can speak english, i am very surprise if you rate this hotel as 5 stars,i would not rate it even half star. the price was very expensive)was not worth,.i will never go back to this hotel or recommend it for friends.thank you.

i complain to the reception,i stayed only 1 night and i change the hotel in the first hour in the morning.
